Dresdner Bank in Russia

Dresdner Bank in Russia previously operated as Dresdner Kleinwort – the investment banking division of Dresdner Bank AG. Following the merger in Germany of Commerzbank AG and Dresdner Bank AG in January 2009, Dresdner Kleinwort is being integrated within Commerzbank’s investment banking services, Corporates & Markets. The Russian subsidiaries of both banks are reviewing the current business offering to develop the focus and strategy of the new bank in Russia. The review is expected to be finalised at the end of 2009.
